If the WH, DHS and USSS do not quickly come completely clean with the American people on how the assassination attempt was permitted to happen, they are going to spawn decades of JFK Assassination-type theories. We need immediate full transparency for the sake of the country.

By appointing the FBI as the lead federal investigative agency, the President has shown that he is not seeking full public transparency. The FBI, perhaps only bested by the CIA, is the least transparent federal agency with an instinct to classify just about everything. It goes against their culture.
