Knockin' on Heaven's Door

This. The days have been getting harder and harder and I can see the end not far away.

This month has come very close. Close enough to see the tunnel when I close my eyes. I've asked to stay at least a day longer than my old mother who lost her husband just short of 3 years ago. There's only so much she should bear; and so far this prayer is being granted.

Seems weird, I had a life of strength and power of every kind. Blessed beyond belief. Not perfect by any means, but always working for others to have a better life.

This op has been the best, hardest, longest, and most treasured of my life and you here have become my family in every way.

I'm here every evening and many of the days. Things are lot harder lately and I make a lot of mistakes. The world is getting smaller everyday, but I love this place and my fellow Anons, so this will probably be last switch flipped off if I have some control over that. So comfy here. Fitting.
