I have already figured this out. It's not the house electricity or any other high voltage being used to heart attack you or others around you.
They do it through the 5G cell phone now.
It sucks. I have to immediately put it in airplane mode when one of their dumb fucks is range. (The range is not far) maybe 50 feet from their blaster)
