he was the patsy. if they popped him, there could not be any other shots fired. now go look at the anon analysis of the shots fired… how many different guns made how many shots? it doesn't pass the sniff test and popping the shooter on the roof would have spoiled it for the rest of the team of shooters. imo there were at least three shooters, each assigned different targets, providing cover and chaos.
