What about that rifle? We have photos of:

 

1, shooter on roof with rifle aiming and shooting.

2, shooter dead, shot in the head, same body position.

3, rifle 5-6 ft. behind the shooter.

 

How did the rifle end up over there?

Yeah, similar, because he was shot in the head. I just can´t figure out how the rifle when from beneath him while he was shooting, to 5-6 ft. behind his back on the roof.

 

Body position similar, but doesn´t point to some strange movements when he was shot, which could explain the rifle location.

 

Maybe it´s nothing, I just don´t get it.

you mean the pic from the air showing the rifle.. wouldn´t it be crawling with cops by that time?

 

..but yes, first cop up on the roof could have move the rifle, before more came up on the roof, I guess.

It´s possible.

Like another anon pointed out, we can´t rule out that a cop crawled up there, move the rifle away from the shooter, and then went back down or out of frame when the picture was taken from above.

 

It´s the only logical explanation I know of.

It´s the only logical explanation I know of.
