Dr Robert Duncan PhD had accepted an invitation to present at a 2024 symposium of targeted individuals in Colorado. On Targeted Justice's web site under one of the many links in the menu is a photograph depicting cell phone towers as a part of a mind control weapon system. Picture of cell phone tower depicted bears a striking resemblence to the cell phone towers next to the Trump rally field in Butler, PA on the day of the assassination attempt.
