My theory is Q planned a "shooting" where no shots were fired, in order for it to look like a deep state / Israeli / satanic cult assassination attempt or intimidation attempt to pressure Trump's VP pick which turned out arguably very kosher. This makes the Left angry and, for the first time in their lives, believe in false flag events, and it shapes a whole lot of perceptions going forward for the planned Great Awakening.
I knew immediately that it was a staged event because if you were hanging out on the boards for weeks prior, you would have seen many Q deltas for consecutive days. There were also hints that something big was going to happen. People were talking about 7/13 like it was a big boom day.

My basis for saying Q is based beyond our ability to discern is on the fact that they have access to the classified material that we don't. They can make judgements based on variables we don't have. What could appear inhumane to us might be deemed perfectly bearable on our part by Q's vantage point.
