The only thing I can think of is maybe try to 'loosely' set times for the focus fire teams.

I am a lurkerfag as I have limited digging skills. I do have audio skills (I LOST MY E-Licenser for Cubase!! DAMN IT. I'll find it)

My best skill is pilling people in person. When I'm not doing that, I will be here.
