You need to see the left side of his head. Given the angles to the snipers above the stage it would make sense he was shot in the front-left side of head and it exited back of skull to the right. That might be some broken tooth on his lip. Right eardrum ruptured, sinuses too. If he was shot in back of head, that would be the angle away from the stage and he'd probably be missing more face.
