We certainly are more informed just being here (moar than we know and all). With that said, we done got got. It's all in the ether and the people who would care to and have the ability to do something sinister with the posts that have been made here…they have it all. Just like DNA. Every newborn baby who got his/her foot prick and blood drawn for "testing" for diseases, conditions, & whatnot, since at least the early 1970's, has a DNA profile in storage at some laboratory. There are very few exceptions. You can request that your sample be destroyed, but there's no way to know for sure that the sample is in fact destroyed or, even if it is, is your DNA sequence data still mapped out in some database. There are ways to opt out of the foot prick, but most people don't know about it and, even if they do, rarely choose to opt out because they want the peace of mind of knowing whether or not their newborn has any conditions they need to know about.
