Is there a red line we are waiting to be crossed before the military takes action?

Virus released on world. Millions die. "Vaccine" forced on world. Tens of millions die. Overthrow of the US government. Attempted assassination of the true President. Am I missing something or is there no red line and the military isn't coming to do shit. I imagine a FF terrorist attack will happen next and still nothing will be done. I am starting to get black pilled.
