Did Biden actually file with FEC that he ended his Candidacy? I see Kamala filed she is running and ended her run as Vice but don't see where Joe ended his run as President

The only thing legal and official right now is Kamala is OFF The TICKET! Joe has not officially ended his run but she has ended her VP run and filed as Presidential candidate. He still has legal rights until he ends it with FEC.
