🚨 BREAKING: CONFERENCE BEFORE THE COURT SET IN KITTLE V. BIDEN CASE —
In March, Tennessee Rancher and Agricultural Attorney Dustin Kittle filed suit against President Joe Biden due to the President’s failure to make certain political appointments to the U.S. Farm Credit Board; which have inexplicably remained open for the duration of President Biden’s term.
Despite President Biden having filed multiple Motions to Dismiss, Kittle’s legal action remains pending — and now, Judge William Campbell, a Trump appointee who is the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for Middle Tennessee, has set a Case Conference to occur on July 30, 2024.
In his Order, Judge Campbell has instructed lead trial counsel for both parties to appear and be prepared to discuss the factual and legal issues.
Kittle remains in a unique position in that his legal action concerns the President’s dereliction of his appointment powers under federal law; which, at least arguably, places the President’s cognitive abilities and function in question.
Kittle has confirmed he intends to file a Federal Rule 35 Motion asking the Court to compel the President to have a neuropsychological exam administered to determine whether he is capable of fulfilling the duties charged of him by law. As the Court has stayed discovery through the July 30, 2024 Conference, Kittle will file his Rule 35 Motion once the Court’s Conference concludes.
