Epilepsy Anon here

Should I start making videos about the gut bacteria role in neurological diseases? Might use a combo of Rumble and Truth Social. I've had a lot of success (and a lot of failures) in my journey that I know others would benefit from. I've posted about it here lots, but getting it out into the normie-sphere might be beneficial. I trust I'm protected as an anon, but if I show my face, maybe not. Is it worth it? I tend to think it is. Trump did it by running for president. I want to help others like I've helped myself, and maybe help them avoid the mistakes I've made as well.

Please give my your input.

This has also worked for cases of Autism, and they've found that mold infections in the gut is what causes autism which is why keto works for both most cases of epilepsy as well as most cases of autism.

"Escalation of the dose of itraconazole resulted in a complete loss of all symptoms of autism over the course of three months. This rapid complete reversal of autism is consistent with several articles proposing mold in general and Aspergillus specifically as a potential major cause of autism."

I know I can help people with this.

Gut bacteria are what create neurotransmitters that are then transported to the brain thru the vagus nerve. This is why vagus nerve stimultors work. Seizures don't start in the brain, they start in the gut.

If you're wondering why I'm suggesting all this, really look into why a vagus nerve stimulator works. Does anyone in your family with epilepsy also have gut issues, chrons, IBS, constipation…?

I drink and eat lots of fermented things, yogurt and sauerkraut are some decent examples. Try and eat things that feed the good gut bacteria. Avoid sugar and processed foods. Keto cures 70% of epilepsies, but is extremely hard to stick to or afford, which is why I can't do it.

Sleep apnea can be a jaw alignment thing and somewhere I read 70 to 80% of people with epilepsy have sleep apnea. I started using nasal strip dilators (look like a bandaid with a bridge in them) to keep my nose open, and sleeping on my side. It's helped me a great amount. Also gut problems can mean waking up thru the night also. Epilepsy and sleep deprivation are very related.
