What a Coincidence: DOJ 'Finds' Transcripts of Possible Biden Criminality Immediately After He Drops Out

The Department of Justice has "found" transcripts of exchanges between Joe Biden and his biographer that the department previously claimed didn't exist. The acknowledgment was made to a federal judge on Monday evening as part of an ongoing attempt by several organizations to secure information via the Freedom of Information Act.

That comes nearly half a year after former special counsel Robert Hur ended his investigation into the president's taking and mishandling of classified information. It also comes just one day after Biden dropped out of the presidential race. That timing will no doubt raise eyebrows.

''The Justice Department told a federal judge late Monday that it has located transcripts it previously denied having of President Joe Biden’s talks with a biographer that played a role in the recently completed criminal investigation into Biden’s handling of classified material before he became president.

In the wake of a report special counsel Robert Hur issued in February that described Biden as “a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” the Justice Department has been swamped with Freedom of Information Act requests and lawsuits demanding access to various records related to Hur’s probe.''

These transcripts are a big deal because one of the most direct allegations of criminality involving Biden's actions was that he shared classified information with his biographer. Had these been handed over months ago, it could have dramatically escalated the stakes regarding Hur's investigation and his subsequent report. It would have also deepened the scandal for a White House that was already in crisis given Biden's other issues, including his mental and physical condition.

It is simply not believable that the DOJ didn't know about these transcripts until the exact moment it became most politically convenient to acknowledge them. Now that Biden is out of the race, he is no longer in need of protection from AG Merrick Garland and his compromised department. Further, it allows now-presumptive Democratic Party nominee Kamala Harris to claim that the administration is "transparent" despite the obvious timing issues at play. The same is true of the sudden reversal by Secret Service head Kimberly Cheatle, who resigned on Tuesday.

Then there's the other aspect at play. Could this be part of a ploy to go ahead and push Biden to resign the presidency, giving Harris a chance to garner an incumbency advantage? I wouldn't put anything past the DOJ and the administration as a whole at this point. Everything is on the table given the continued evidence of their dishonesty and corruption.

Right now, this looks like a two-birds-with-one-stone setup, and I don't think too many people are going to buy that it's just a coincidence.

WASHINGTON: Vicious rumors about President Joe Biden's "terminal illness" "imminent death" and a "White House coup" and racist dogwhistles surrounding Kamala Harris' life and career flowed through the sewers of social media on Tuesday as MAGA maniacs went into full meltdown mode following an unexpectedly smooth transition in the Democratic Party.

With hashtags such as #whereisjoe and #dumbasarock, Trump supporters rained abuse on his opponents, going so far as as to claim Democratic back room operatives had orchestrated a "palace coup" by blackmailing Biden into bowing out of the Presidential race.

Laura Loomer, one such supporter patronized and praised by Trump, claimed Biden is "terminally ill and unable to perform his duties" and "final preparations are being made for him, and "soon we will have President @KamalaHarris as the 47th President."

Such insights were apparently based on Biden not being seen in public for five days (he is at his beach home recovering from Covid).

A slow-moving Biden getting into a limo to head back to the White House fueled further rumors about his health.

But in a statement, Biden said he would address the nation from the Oval Office at 8 pm on Wednesday, "on what lies ahead, and how I will finish the job for the American people."

Such is the unvarnished ugliness of the MAGA maggots, as they are referred to in some liberal circles, that they even prematurely killed off former President Jimmy Carter, who is 99 and in hospice care. A fake letter announcing his death made its way swiftly through MAGA circles on social media before it was debunked.

Toxic MAGA trolls also continued to attack Kamala Harris with fake narratives on X, now owned by Trump supporter Elon Musk, including posting digitally altered photos showing sex predator Jeffery Epstein's face is super imposed on the face of her husband Douglas Emhoff.

Some of the right-wing rage is tacitly encouraged by Trump himself with his vitriolic and sexist attacks on Kamala.

Trump's running mate JD Vance has also taken the cue, fueling rumors about an impending White House coup by telling Fox News "If Joe Biden can't run for president, he can't serve as president."

In the MAGA narrative, Democratic operatives will invoke Article 25 to replace Biden with Kamala Harris in a "soft coup" to make her the 47th President even before the elections.

The MAGA meltdown is quite inexplicable considering most polls conducted after Biden ceded the nomination to Kamala show Trump leading her by two to five points.

Evidently, the prospect of Trump being challenged by a liberal woman, and a brown one at that, has brought out the worst in them.

Vice President Kamala Harris is already facing an uphill battle as she aims to become the Democratic nominee and take on former President Donald Trump in November.

During an interview on Fox News, contributor Ari Fleischer spoke about Democrats having “buyers remorse” with Harris.

“Maybe this is one of the reasons why they have not taken a position. What Ryan said, I think the Democrats are going to have buyer’s remorse here. After the press rallies around her, if she doesn’t pass Trump in the polls after this huge press love affair, what does she have?” Fleischer began.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if right before the convention she is trailing Donald Trump by a significant margin. What is the Plan C? Maybe that’s why they are being silent right now. Maybe they are being silent as Donald Trump waits for the nomination to be official. But either the boost that the press is going to give her is going to be real. Or Donald Trump is still the front runner for the presidency, that is going to scare the Democrats, just like it scared them to get rid of Biden,” Fleischer continued.

Fleischer added: “They muscled Biden into place even though he was too sick to run. Now they have muscled Kamala Harris into place. The Democrat people — have not had their choice. I predict that the corrupt media that lied and covered up about Joe’s cognitive state and went along with every Trump lie and peddled every conspiracy theory, you are going to see phony polls saying she is doing better than she is to try to bolster her, and then things will start to settle in. But I don’t know how they go to a plan c at this point. But you might be right.”

Anger and frustration mounted inside Biden’s inner circle as well as with the president himself amid a cacophony of calls for him to drop out after a dismal debate performance last month and a collapse in polling.

According to sources who spoke to NBC News, Biden felt “Isolated, frustrated and angry. He felt betrayed by allies who turned on him in his hour of need.” The network quoted someone within the inner circle who said of Biden: “He’s really pissed off.”

The outlet said Biden spent the weekend with several close advisers and family, but Vice President Kamala Harris, White House chief of staff Jeff Zients, and campaign chair Jen O’Malley Dillon were not among them.

The report also said that multiple advisers warned that Biden had no path to victory. “It became a no-win situation, a self-fulfilling prophecy,” former White House official Cedric Richmond said Sunday. Without money and support “it’s impossible to win, and he’s always put country and party first.”

Loyalists to Biden also were frustrated that members of the Democratic Party called on him to step aside instead of rallying behind him, the outlet reported.

“Here is a man who has always talked about dignity,” NBC quoted what it said was a longtime Biden ally as saying. “And what was happening to him in a very public setting was undignified. Where does the president go to get his dignity back?”

CNN analyst Bakari Sellers said that he had been in contact with several Democratic lawmakers and operatives who were angry at the way Biden’s exit from the race played out.

“My phone is blowing up with people who are pissed off, and the reason they’re pissed off is because they feel like people from on high pushed Joe Biden out the door,” he said.

“A text that I just got from a friend was like, ‘If they pushed Joe Biden out the door, what are they going to do with Kamala Harris?’ They will probably try to push her, too,” he added.

Biden, who has not been seen in public since last week and certainly not since he announced via social media that he would end his reelection bid, triggered new health concerns and conspiracy theories when he called into now-VP Harris’ HQ on Monday to show his support for her candidacy….moar at link
