Many inventors who invented amazing things like fueling systems for internal combustion engines that gave automobiles 100mpg, and even some that were able to run them on water, all had untimely deaths and their inventions seemed to be missing or lost.

The same is true for medical breakthroughs. Researchers in the early days found cures for things like cancer, and once again they were met with untimely deaths, and their research all went missing.
Big industry, whether petroleum or pharma doesn't want their bottom line effected, and will do anything to protect it. Why was the AMA actually formed? To discredit physicians who didn't go with the "main-stream" medical way of thinking and treating patients. They created licensing, and only licensed those who followed their way of thinking.
It's time for big industry to STOP hiding technology and cures from the general public. It's time for them to be made accountable.
They did the same for Obama. They run minority candidates, thinking that no one can question them in any way without being labeled in a negative way.
The problem is, that it's tired and old, and most people see right through it, and are quite frankly sick of it'.
It will have the reverse of their desired effect, because they've way overplayed that card.
