Andy Greenberg is the writer of that article. We shouldn't really be trusting any foreign made software or hardware to secure GOVERNMENT computers in the first place. I actually enjoy Wired interviews they sit down with a lot of powerful tech CEOs and such but that article in particular is too naive.
