Okay, this just got a little freaky. In an interview with Larry King, John mentions a dog named "Pushinka".
That was the name I pulled out of thin air for MY first dog! (late 50's / early 60's … I didn't learn about Laika, mother of Pushinka, until well after I named my pooch.)
I'm a native English speaker with a huge vocabulary and I didn't notice it, either. Folks come in here to play with words so I don't get excited about an "almost right" word. Plus, if he's actually Dutch, English is not his native tongue and I give people a lot of slack for that. He certainly speaks English better than I do Dutch. '-)
