The President is now 1,279 days into Office and still has not appointed the vacant positions on the U.S. Farm Credit Board; as federal law required him to do after being sworn into Office.
To most people that doesn’t mean much; but to me and a lot of other farmers it means we lost our property or our homes or our farms without any semblance of due process — because as of this moment, we have a federal agency holding 46% of this nation’s farm debt who has Board positions open that were due to be filled in 2021.
