I have a really hard time believing in the competency of OIG's investigation after Horowitz's testimony to Congress. Maybe playing a part but there were several instances where things were not done that should be investigation 101. It truly appears the investigators are still not being competent, even though we are suppose to trust them. They may not be corrupt but to think they are doing a good job is delusional. We have been led to believe these criminals will see Justice. I'm really starting to question whether we will yet again be severely disappointed.
