Tons of edits to the WIKI CZAR page in the last couple days.
prior to 7/24 changes were less than monthly.
Basically unless they edited the History she wasn't really an official CZAR of the boarder.
if you look at the edits for that page the history shows that the info you have pasted here stating she is the czar was only added in the last day and has been removed .
