SO BY FBI ALLOWING him to answer those 3 questions by Gowdy, is he charge of being in contempt averted?

Yes but they told him he would be charged with contempt at the end of the hearing for not answering those questions and then suddenly the FBI scrambled and said "OK OK he can answer the questions" Then strzok did a "non answer" answer.
What I'm asking is…will they still charge him with contempt or do they have to corner him again on more questions he won't answer to get the contempt charge.
I personally think that the contempt charges against peter and lisa are the precursor to POTUS DECLASIFICATION
