MAYBE this hearing is how POTUS galvanizes public support for the need to reorganize the FBI & CIA into a different structure. Which Q has said will happen. We just don't quite know how or when. If the impetus comes from Congress and we the people instead of from the Commander in Chief there would be less pushback from the fake news media.
