1:58 "Make yourself small… I don't know what is going on…."

2:06 looks like cop has weapon drawn. Spectator yells "he's got a gun"

2:07 image - cop looks like weapon in right hand

2:09 first shot (camera guy dives for cover, 3 shots ring out, video doesn't capture location. Up to this point, I haven't seen someone peeking over the top of the roof.)

2:10 second shot

2:11 third shot

(1 second delay between each shot believed to be shooter reacquiring target in scope)

2:13 thru 2:14 - 4th shot rings out, immediately followed by 5th thru 8th shots rapid fire. Cop turns and runs.

2:15 - Last shot… (But that last shot sounds like it is coming from a distance.)

2:15 - Glint of light top of roof, maybe this is a glint of light off roof shooter's scope.

2:19 - Hard to stop shaking video at the exact moment, but yes, there is a glint of light from the open first floor window one window left of the shooter. But there is no gunfire sound in this time area. Flashlight? Glint of light off a scope?

I couldn't see anyone on the roof setting up to shoot prior to the first shot.
