Kamala is not eligible to be US President as she is not a Natural Born Citizen. There is a group of lawyers out of California who files a Federal lawsuit in 2020 to keep her from becoming VP. They presented an excellent case with full documentation of US law, Constitutional Foundation and many Supreme Court Rulings which support the facts. However, the case was dismissed due to lack of standing. It went to appeals, and the judge ruled that it is up to Congress to determine is a candidate is eligible to run for VP or Pres of US.

Here are the linked court cases. It is excellent reading for Anons to know the legal reason why she is ineligible. Anons need to get this to our Congressmen so they can take up this issue. The Supremes need to rule on this once and for all.
