The audio keeps breaking up, but it sounded like the director of the Office of Public Engagement just said during the White House press conference, that one of the Supreme Court reforms Biden wants is for, 'every president, regardless of party, being able to nominate two people to the court'.

Jean-Pierre: [Biden] is concerned about the extreme decisions that we have seen just recently [Supreme Court], including granting presidents immunity for committing crimes while in office.

Jean-Pierre: The United States applauds the Venezuelan people…we commend their courage and commitment to democracy…we have seen the announcements of the electoral authorities, and we have serious concerns that this result does not reflect the will, and the votes, of the Venezuelan people.
