My view on this and similar issues is this, the photos that are used, are not clear enough to prove shit. The facial photo's a joke, dude got shot in the head, with a round like what he got hit with is gonna distort the face and head. Seen that shit first hand many times as a Paramedic, Skull fractures, blood out every orifice and the head distorts.
IIRC, it was the same time the photo of the guy that goes by "Jewgazer" on twitter was floated as the shooter, then the short vid he put out saying "you got the wrong guy".
