Swedefag here. The Swedish election system is based on paper ballots, and representatives of all parties watch each and every vote get tallied so it's done correctly. The media is comped, but the election process itself isn't.
Anyway, the result of the Swedish election this fall will probably be a lack of a functional government, with the left, the right, and the "populist" getting about equal amounts of votes. Neither want's to cooperate with any of the other, so it's going to be fun watching the trainwreck.
