The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, headed this Tuesday the Joint Meeting of the Security and Defense Council of the Nation and the Council of State, the Head of State stated:

🔹The meeting seeks to "evaluate a set of elements about the events of recent days, weighing opinions of a geopolitical, institutional, social, and communicational nature."

🔹That “we are experiencing an attempt to massively destabilize Venezuela. We denounced it in time since 2023, 2024, that there was going to be an attempt to use the electoral campaign, with financing from the United States and Colombian drug trafficking, to try to attack peace.

🔹"We have the maximum oil reserve, the fourth gas reserve, the first gold reserve in the world, we have 20% of the aquifers and we are also the Homeland of Bolívar that the empires have wanted to crush and that reemerged with the Bolivarian ideal ".
