Kamala Harris Makes Announcement About Trump Debate

Vice President Kamala Harrisā€™ presidential campaign continues to emphasize its claim that former President Donald Trump is reneging on his commitment to a debate in September.

Trump had agreed to two debates with President Joe Biden: one on June 27 on CNN and another on September 10 on ABC, with the latter scheduled to occur regardless of Bidenā€™s status in the race.

The communications director for Harrisā€™ campaign, Michael Tyler, affirmed that the presumptive Democratic nominee will be present at the September 10 debate, regardless of Trumpā€™s attendance.

ā€œAs Vice President Harris said last week, the American people deserve to hear from the two candidates running for the highest office in the land and she will do that at Septemberā€™s ABC debate,ā€ Tyler said, according to The Hill. ā€œIf Donald Trump and his team are saying anything other than ā€˜Weā€™ll see you thereā€™ ā€” and it appears that they are ā€” itā€™s a convenient but expected backtrack from Team Trump. Vice President Harris will be there on Sept. 10 ā€” weā€™ll see if Trump shows.ā€

Trump told reporters on Tuesday that he would ā€œabsolutelyā€ debate Harris but suggested he might not participate in the ABC event, according to The Hill. His campaign stated on Thursday that it would not agree to a general election debate with Harris until Democrats formally select their nominee. Harris is reported to have secured enough delegates for the nomination, with a virtual vote scheduled for August 1, ahead of the Democratic National Convention from August 19-22 in Chicago.

Jason Miller, a senior adviser to Trumpā€™s campaign, told MSNBC on Sunday that ā€œof courseā€ the former president will debate the Democrat nominee, The Hill reported, but that Democrats ā€œneed to pick who their ultimate nominee is going to be, that needs to be formalized before we go and lock in all the debates.ā€

Miller told Axios on Thursday, ā€œNot only will there be another debate, but there should be multiple debates. We do think there should be some diversification in the outlets for who hosts a debate, but I think the public would be sold short if we only did one debate against Kamala Harris in the general election.ā€

Fox News has invited the campaigns of Trump and Harris to hold a debate on the network after President Joe Biden decided earlier this month to withdraw from the debate and endorse his VP.

ā€œNow that Vice President Kamala Harris is the presumptive Democratic nominee, FOX News Media is amending our proposal for a debate this cycle. Given the race has changed, weā€™d like to request the opportunity to host a Presidential Debate between VP Harris and former President Trump,ā€ said a letter from Fox News Media president Jay Wallace and Fox News Vice President of Politics Jessica Loker.

ā€œWe propose to host the debate in the state of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, September 17, just as early voting is getting underway there and in other key battlegrounds. We are open to discussion on the exact date, format and location ā€“ with or without an audience,ā€ the letter continued.

They concluded: ā€œIn recognition of FOX News Mediaā€™s capabilities and reputation, we cordially extend an invitation to all concerned parties to discuss our proposal. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to the opportunity to foster informed political dialogue at this pivotal moment for our nation.ā€

Fox noted that neither campaign had responded to the offer, but Trump addressed the debates on his Truth Social platform this week.

ā€œMy debate with Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the history of the United States, was slated to be broadcast on Fake News ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, sometime in September,ā€ Trump wrote.

ā€œNow that Joe has, not surprisingly, has quit the race, I think the Debate, with whomever the Radical Left Democrats choose, should be held on FoxNews, rather than very biased ABC. Thank you!ā€ he added.

Representative who tried to re-enact Trump shooting scenario landed 15 of 16 ā€œkill shotsā€ despite lack of shooting experience

The Secret Service has a lot to answer for when it comes to their actions the day that shots were fired at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania, and among the many pieces of the puzzle that donā€™t add up, the fact that 20-year-old shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks was able to access the roof of a building so close to the former president is perhaps one of the toughest to accept.

Crooks managed to get up onto a rooftop situated less than 150 yards from Trump, where he opened fire on the crowd, grazing Trump's ear, killing a former volunteer firefighter chief, and critically wounding two other attendees.

Representative Pat Fallon (R-Texas) set out to recreate the incident with his own AR-15 to try to better understand how things went down that day. He noted that he has never had long-gun training and has only shot his weapon on one occasion six years ago.

He recreated the conditions of the incident in Savoy, Texas, and reported his findings in a House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing on Monday.

ā€œI was lying prone on a sloped roof at 130 yards at 6:30 at night. And I knew that he had a scope. I didnā€™t know what kind, red dot or magnified, so I shot eight rounds from both,ā€ he told the committee.

ā€œYou know what the result was? Fifteen out of 16 kill shots! And the one I missed would have hit the presidentā€™s ear. Thatā€™s a 94 percent success rate, and that shooter was a better shot than me. Itā€™s a miracle President Trump wasnā€™t killed,ā€ he added.

Crooks reportedly went shooting on multiple occasions and was a member of a local gun club, with his father.

Rep. Fallonā€™s comments came as he questioned Secret Service Director Kimbery Cheatle, who admitted to being aware of a heightened threat to Trump at the time of the rally.

ā€œYou just said you had the ability to beef up the security. You knew about the threat, and you didnā€™t. And thatā€™s as telling as it is chilling,ā€ Fallon told her.

He went on to point out that the shooter visited the location more times than Cheatle did, even using a drone to scout out a good position to fire from.

The question of how the gunman was able to get close enough to Trump to take such a clear shot at him ā€“ one that, according to Fallon, is nearly unmissable ā€“ was a big focus of the heated committee hearing, during which Cheatle faced repeated calls from both sides of the aisle to resign.

Sloped roof comment makes no sense

Cheatle also took a lot of flak for saying that the Secret Service didnā€™t place snipers on the rooftop from which Crooks fired because it was sloped, so they chose to ā€œsecure the building from insideā€ instead.

However, it was clearly not too sloped for a sniper, as evidenced by the fact that an untrained 20-year-old had no trouble shooting from it, and photos showed it was barely sloped and that agents were placed on other nearby rooftops that were more sloped.

Fallon told Cheatle that her ā€œhorrifying ineptitudeā€ was a ā€œdisgraceā€ and said she should be fired immediately, while Representative Nancy Mace (R-South Carolina) told her that she was ā€œfull of sā€”tā€ and said she was ā€œbeing completely dishonestā€ after repeatedly sidestepping questions about whether her agency had complied with the committeeā€™s request for a list of all law enforcement agents working at the site, along with all of the audio and video recordings in their possession.

Ten Thousand Commandments! Biden/Harris Regulations Cost Families $15,000+ (17% Of Household Income) ā€¦ And More To Come! (Yellen Wants $78 TRILLION To Combat Climate Change)

According to the Competitive Enterprise Institute, Biden/Harris heaped droves of regulations on American families in the amount of $15,000 per family.

Federal regulationā€™s total compliance costs and economic effects are at least $2.117 trillion annually in Ten Thousand Commandmentsā€™ estimate, and almost certainly higher.

An October 2023 National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) report models regulatory compliance at $3.079 trillion annually.

US households pay on average $15,788 annually in a hidden regulatory tax, which consumes 17 percent of income and 22 percent of household expenses.

These outlays exceed expenditures on health care, food, transportation, entertainment, apparel, services, and savings. Only the costs of housing, which stand at $24,298 annually, exceed regulation.

The higher NAM figure implies $22,962 per household, or 31 percent of the household expense budget.

The regulatory tax of $2.117 trillion rivals individual income tax costs estimated at $2.328 trillion for 2023 and stands at nearly four times the corporate income tax of $546 billion.

The NAM cost figure of $3.1 trillion annually would exceed the sum of both ($2.9 trillion).

If it were a country, US regulation would be the worldā€™s 10th-largest economy, ranking behind Canada and ahead of Italy.

If we exclude the US economy from the list, the US regulation economy would be the ninth largest, still behind Canada and ahead of Italy.

The 10.34 billion hours Washington says it took to complete federal paperwork in 2022, according to the Information Collection Budget, translate to the equivalent of 14,883 human lifetimes.

The tally of final rules for 2023 stood at 3,018, which is the second-lowest count since at least 1976.

On the other hand, the Federal Register containing those rules surged to 89,368 pages, the second-highest tally on record and a 12 percent rise over 2022.

Although we have fewer new rules, they appear to be broader in scope.

During calendar year 2023, agencies issued 3,018 rules, whereas Congress enacted 68 laws. Thus, agencies issued 44 rules for every law enacted by Congress.

This Unconstitutionality Indexā€”the ratio of regulations issued by agencies to laws passed by Congress and signed by the presidentā€”underlines how much agency lawmaking has replaced that of elected officials. The average ratio over the past 10 years is 23 rules for every law.

Since the Federal Register first began itemizing final rules in 1976, 217,565 have been issued. Since 1993, when the first edition of Ten Thousand Commandments appeared, agencies have issued 120,475 final rules.

The Top 3 Proxy Wars To Determine WW3 And Reshape The World Order

Today, I will closely examine the most important proxy wars of World War 3, which I believe will be decisive in determining who wins the overall conflict and gets to shape the new world order.

Proxy wars are a method by which major powers fight their battles indirectly, using smaller nations or groups as stand-ins rather than confronting each other directly.

Major powers support, equip, and finance smaller groups or nations in a proxy war to fight against a common adversary. This support can include military training, weapons, funding, and other resources. The critical point is that the major powers do not engage directly in combat.

There are numerous ongoing proxy wars in World War 3.

However, the ones I believe will prove decisive will be in Taiwan, Ukraine, and the Middle East. The other proxy wars are peripheral in comparison.

Kamala Harris Vows to Confiscate Guns in Atlanta Campaign Speech

Kamala Harris wasted no time going after the Second Amendment. She vowed to confiscate firearms through so-called ā€˜red flagā€™ laws.

ā€œWe, who believe in the freedom to live safe from gun violence will finally pass universal background checks, red flag laws and an assault weapons ban!ā€ Harris said to cheers.

There is no such thing as an ā€œassault weapon.ā€
