now when I eat a grapefruit i save the skin.
I boil it for about an hour. I let it cool down. I put all the soft rind into a food processor. I then pulverized it and make ice cubes out of it.
then when I'm feeling poorly I use those icecubes to cool down some water about once a day for maybe four days and drink it all down.
seems to be very healthful.
