But Horowitz is wrong they did "act" on their bias, in their decisions to not subpoena the evidence including the electronic equipment of Huma (think Weiner laptop before it became part of sex crime investigation) and Cheryl Mills including their phones, laptops and servers. And they allowed witnesses to be interviewed without being sworn. They allowed a witness (Cheryl Mills) to be part of the interview with Hillary (again not under oath). They allowed Hillary's IT guy to destroy evidence under Congressional subpeona without charging him. They gave seven or more plea deals to key witnesses and/or suspects without demanding evidence against Hillary or any other suspect. Their bias was clear and convincing and acted upon. Hillary was guilty as sin and they covered it up.
