in poor health
and daughter was dead, supposedly having offed herself.
The IG report that came out is very limited in scope.
The way I read it was that IG report concluded there was no evidence that text messages etc. showed that upper mgmt decisions were impacted by bias of lovers.
That doesn't mean
that they weren't biased
that they didn't do stupid shit
that managment wasn't biased
that management didn't do illegal shit
it ONLY means that the loving text messages wasn't the cause of the ultimate fuckery.
I could be wrong tho'.
