Dion Marsh, 29, was sentenced Friday by Superior Court Judge Guy P. Ryan to 30 years without parole for his guilty plea to terrorism in the attacks in Lakewood and Jackson on April 8, 2022, where he stabbed a man, hit three others with cars, and tried to grab a child, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
Marsh will serve the sentence in state prison, with his 40-year federal sentence running concurrently to the state sentence, the prosecutor's office said.

The victims, who lived in Newton, Massachusetts, were in their 70s and 90s when they were savagely stabbed to death last June in their home by a 41-year-old by the name of Christopher Ferguson.
Mr. Ferguson likely just got away with murder. Why? Well, because he was just found “incompetent” to stand trial, and that’s not an easy thing to do. Many critics claim the local media went to work early, laying the groundwork for Mr. Ferguson’s “insanity” defense.
