Kamala's repeated "word salads" is not just a result of her incompetence or significant room for opportunity in improving cognition, but it is because of her chosen philosophical worldview that has a very high dependency on the circular logic inherent in the Marxist / Young Hegelian schema.
Marxism is at root a projection of an alienated psychology (infinitely aggrandizing spiritual god complex crashing against mortal corporeal finite body) manifesting in sets of opposites, of contradictions, spewed into the world as observations of the natural order and of people, and justified by self-referencing the same set of opposites and contradictions as legitimized by those outputs having occurred in history.
"Negating the negation of the negation of the negation of the negationโฆ."
So you get
"the importance of community banks, as they are called, is that they are in the community, lead by members of the community, by people who understand the capacity of the community, the needs of the community"
you get
"the significance of the passage of time, so when you think about it there is great significance to the passage of time"
you get circular references on and on because at root that is all Marxist logic can "offer" in the construction of ideas and sentences.
This is also why the "final" outputted ideas and sentences from the radical left always have to have unnecessary what they often refer to as "complex" ideas added to the mix, in other words a flotsam and jetsam series of disconnected assertions with unjustified jumps in logic, a garbled collection of statements that are not sequential selective and iterative, nor following a clear deduction in the steps, but a hodge podge of circular logic isolated statements jumbled together, and presented in such a way that if anyone doesn't understand the deductions, then they are accused of being unable to grasp the "complexity" and "nuanced" shape of the sloppily constructed word salads, and you just have to trust and obey and if not then you're smeared as a reactionary, retrogressive, oppressive, part of the system, etc.
