Here is the problem with both, like I said it is a chain of command, a need to know basis, and a hierarchy. They are just "Systems" built with good intentions but like all systems in order to be optimal they must not be finalized in order to be improved. Makes sense?

Example, we need a President like Trump to go after ISIS with the right General in charge in order to wipe them out, which he did in record time. Obama and Clinton made ISIS and the rules of engagement with them. CoC. If the Military could have decided by consensus then the would have gotten rid of ISIS without waiting on PDJT, fact. Systems need to be improved.

Another example, would the US Military defend Israel if there was a consensus among them or would they remember the US Liberty, JFK, or 911 and refuse?
All types of Systems need updating, the Military decision making, law enforcement, and even the criteria for becoming trusted members.

Correct even the paper in NY was too small and machines were programmed to spit them back out in a minute. They told registered Republicans what ballot and machines to use, knowingly. I figure everything out, everything.
Actually a solution is for Trump to have pledged paper ballots sent to him by his people with name, contact info, and times to reach them that he can use in court to prove his winnings.
