This I believe could be the first real clue as to
what really happened. What really really happened.
Were they (Adm. Rogers, Scalia, & Joint Chiefs) getting ready to arrest Obama for treason?
Did Adm. Rogers refuse an unlawful command by Obama, and begin a partial insurrection against a rogue POTUS?
Did they get Scalia involved to try to make an arrest?
Advise them only.
Perhaps they rightly called on him to advise them of the constitutionality of trying to refuse or arrest a sitting POTUS.
In doing so, perhaps he got the information and was naive enough to believe he was above their ability to take him out.
From there my suspicion is they then decided to get a horse into the race for POTUS.

My theory is they would have taken it all over and declared martial law.
