If most humans were 'created' and the RH/rhesus gene introduced during the process, that would indicate that RH- is the original blood haplo-group.
Like everything else, hidden knowledge but vital to understand and yet, we know nothing about our blood.
My own theory I find most plausible!

The original haplo- blood group and the non-mixing of the RH/rhesus gene… I am no hematologist and prolly got some vernacular wrong, but also believe blood type determines the types of food each of us needs. Those blood types that derived from Mediterranean areas need more fish, in land population blood-types require more grains. Key to our health and why we don't know.
