His arrogance, complete lack of remorse apparent in both expressions and body language and his 'duping delight' when avoiding questions says quite a lot in my mind. If he turns out to be a white hat, then he deserves an Oscar and hopefully a move to Hollywood - right at home with the other psychopaths in that place. IMO, of course…
