Cops in MN don't harass people for just walking down the street, as a matter of fact all they will do is protect the criminals who are harassing normal people. And MN just passed into law that if you are threatened with a gun and can get away, you need to run, you are not allowed to defend yourself unless you are cornered. If you injure or kill someone who pulled a weapon on you and there was a remote chance you could have gotten away form the aggressor, you will be prosecuted by Keith Ellison, mark my word.
