A Cessna Citation aircraft crashed at Turner Road, near the end of runway 25 at Chautauqua County/Jamestown Airport (JWH/KJHW), Ellicot, New York.
All of the victims made it out of the plane that was destroyed by fire.
The aircraft had reportedly left Dunkirk Airport, heading to Florida, when it lost electrical power. The flight diverted to Jamestown Airport.
