I went out after dinner for 10 minutes I saw him. That night there was no movement on the street, and when that happens I can hear when people get out or in of their cars (doors), I stayed awake that night and I found it strange that the guy was there (nothing was open on my street, only day time businesses on it) so I would check once in a while.
He left alone much latter before it was dawn at almost 5 am.
