Maricopa County Sued After Refusing To Remove Illegals From Voter Rolls

On Monday the legal organization founded by former senior Trump adviser Stephen Miller sued Richer and Maricopa County on behalf of the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona and a registered voter and naturalized citizen, for allegedly refusing to verify the citizenship of voters registered in the county, Just the News reports.

On July 16, AFL sent letters to all 15 Arizona counties demanding that election officials follow state and federal law by ensuring that non-citizens were unable to vote, and warned of legal action if they didn't by the following week.

Richer replied via his legal counsel, claiming that he's following the law by verifying the citizenship of voters - however AFL says he's lying, as voter rolls have had an increase in the number of registered voters without confirmed citizenship under his watch, and that databases have not been accessed which would verify voters' citizenship.

AFL has sued Richer for allegedly violating state law by not performing the monthly list maintenance required to verify the citizenship status of registered voters who have not provided proof of citizenship.

In Arizona, registered voters without proof of citizenship can vote only in federal elections, not state elections.

The International Boxing Association (IBA) held a press conference Monday and categorically confirmed that the two fighters currently participating in Olympic women’s boxing are “male,” because they failed a previous gender chromosome test.

As we have highlighted, a furore has erupted over Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan and Imane Khelif of Algeria who are both now in the semi-finals of the women’s boxing in Paris. Both fighters were previously disqualified from competing in the women’s category by the IBA.

During the IBA gathering, CEO Chris Roberts said that the 2022 test results for the fighters by an independent laboratory in Istanbul “demonstrated the chromosomes we refer to in competition rules that make both boxers ineligible.”

Roberts emphasised that both Khelif and Yu-ting were informed that they tested positive for XY chromosomes and were allowed to appeal the findings to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, with the IBA offering to cover the costs. Roberts noted that Yu-ting chose not to appeal, and Khelif did initially but then withdrew the appeal.

Both boxers were then re-tested in India during the 2023 Women’s World Boxing Championships, with the same results being recorded.

Russian Strikes Hit Military Entreprises, Airfields, Headquarters Throughout Ukraine

On the night of August 6, Ukrainian rear regions came under another massive wave of Russian strikes. The Ukrainian military claimed that all Russian missiles were allegedly destroyed. Evidence revealed that they were lying, as usual.

The massive night attack targeted various military targets in different Ukrainian regions. They included military facilities as well as those belonging to the Ukrainian military-industrial complex. The combined attack included strikes of Russian drones and missiles.

At night, explosions thundered in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Kherson, Zhitomir, Mykolaiv, Khmelnitsky regions.

The capital of Ukraine and settlements on its outskirts have come under several Russian attacks in recent days. The last night was not an exception. The mayor of Ukrainian capital claimed that the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces allegedly destroyed two Iskander-M missiles.

His claims were denied by the local residents, who confirmed a series of large explosions and damage in the city of Kyiv and the town of Brovary. According to preliminary reports, six Iskander-M missiles reached their targets in the Kyiv region, as well as kamikaze-drones.

Russian missiles struck the local military entreprise in Brovary. The successful strikes were confirmed by the footage:

A series of Russian strikes were reported in the Khmelnitsky region. The targets were located in the town of Shepetovka. They reportedly included radars and other means of electronic warfare of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On the evening of August 5, Russian forces launched a devastating missile strike at the military air base in Martynovka in the Mykolaiv region. The airfield could be used for operations of the recently supplied F-16 fighters with the Air Force of Ukraine.

The satellite imagery confirmed that as a result of the attack an aviation shelter was destroyed by Russian Iskander-M missiles.

Jordanian Illegal Alien who Tried to Breach Military Base Released Despite Being on Terror Watchlist

Though the Biden administration has publicly denied it, one of the Jordanian illegal immigrants released from federal custody after being charged for trying to breach a U.S. military base appears on a terror watch list, according to records obtained by Judicial Watch. The men, 32-year-old Hasan Yousef Hamdan and 28-year-old Mohammad Khair Dabous, posted bail in early June and were released by the Washington D.C. Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) division of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the records show. A Department of Justice (DOJ) immigration judge in Annandale, Virginia set Dabous’ bail at $10,000 and Hamdan’s at $15,000 and they were freed after posting bond and agreeing to stay away from military facilities and to appear in court for immigration hearings.

Judicial Watch has been investigating the matter since the Jordanians tried to infiltrate Marine Corps Base Quantico on May 3, quickly firing off a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain records that could shed light on what occurred that day and uncover any threat that the individuals may represent. The Virginia base is about 35 miles south of Washington D.C. and houses the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Academy and Laboratory as well as a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) facility and Marine Corps commands that include the unit that flies the president’s Marine One helicopter. Initial reports revealed that in the early morning hours of May 3, Hamdan and Dabous drove a truck to the military installation’s main gate and told guards they were making a delivery to Quantico Town’s post office. They ignored guards’ orders to stop when they could not provide credentials required to gain access to the facility. The illegal immigrants were arrested and charged with misdemeanor trespassing on military property.

A Serious Incident Report (SIR) filed by Marine Base Quantico to Marine Headquarters confirms that a white box truck driven by Dabous tried to access the installation via a gate on Fuller Road. Guards asked for a license to conduct a visitor check and directed Dabous to move the truck into the inspection area. While the guard transmitted the drivers’ license information for vetting, the truck moved forward from the holding area and final denial barriers were deployed, according to the SIR report obtained by Judicial Watch. The passenger, Hamdan, could only provide a Jordanian passport for identification and both men were taken into custody. “Hamdan illegally entered the United States 20 days ago from Mexico into California where Hamdan was arrested and sent to an immigration camp with a deportation court date in 2026,” the SIR report states. An ICE officer, whose name is redacted in the document, “telephonically confirmed” to the Marine Criminal Investigations Division (CID) that “Hamdan was on a terror watch list,” the report says, further revealing that ICE personnel assumed custody of Hamadan and Dabous for further processing.

Despite the Marine SIR documenting that Hamdan appears on a terror watch list, the government—specifically ICE—has consistently denied it. A spokesperson for ICE ERO in Washington D.C. told Judicial Watch that neither man posed a threat to national security or the public. The spokesperson, James Covington, assured that the agency is “focused on smart, effective immigration enforcement that protects the homeland through the arrest and removal of those who undermine the safety of our communities and the integrity of our immigration laws.” Covington also emphasized that “regardless of nationality, ICE makes custody determinations on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with U.S. law and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) policy, considering the circumstances of each case” and that ICE officers “apply prosecutorial discretion in a responsible manner, informed by their experience as law enforcement professionals and in a way that best protects the communities we serve.”

While Hamdan is one of hundreds on the terror watchlist to sneak into the country through the famously porous southern border, Dabous was admitted in the U.S. on September 11, 2022, as an F-1 nonimmigrant student with authorization to remain for the duration of his student status, records obtained by Judicial Watch show. On January 14, 2023, Dabous’ Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) record was set to “terminated,” indicating that his permission to be in the country expired, though he never left. Judicial Watch will continue investigating this case and fighting for records that can further uncover the outrageous security lapses associated with the Biden administration’s dangerous open border measures.

The judge denied Harvard's motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim

Harvard University lost its bid Tuesday to block Jewish students' antisemitism lawsuit.

The students accused the Ivy League school of letting its campus "become a bastion of antisemitism," Reuters reported.

U.S. District Judge Richard Stearns did not rule on the merits but found the students plausibly alleged Harvard inadequately responded to on-campus anti-Semitism.

"The facts as pled show that Harvard failed its Jewish students," Stearns ruled.

He did not buy Harvard's First Amendment argument that some of the campus conduct was constitutionally protected, calling it a "dubious" proposition.

The Jewish students sued Harvard in January over alleged selective enforcement of the institution's anti-discrimination policies.

The students alleged Harvard failed to protect them from harassment, ignored their calls for protection, and hired anti-Semitic professors after the October 7 Hamas attacks.

The students seek an injunction preventing Harvard from violating Title VI, which bars federally funded institutions from permitting discrimination based on race, religion, or national origin.

Macedonian Ministry of Interior employee arrested in Kosovo* for euro counterfeiting

On 4 August, a 34-year-old forger who allegedly produced hundreds of thousands of EUR 2 coins over the last two years was arrested in Pristina, Kosovo*. His arrest is the culmination of months of meticulous planning between the Kosovar and Macedonian authorities, with the support of Europol and Eurojust.

Several locations were also searched simultaneously in North Macedonia, where machines for the production of counterfeit currency, thousands of assembled coins, rings and core blanks were seized.

FBI Raids MAGA Rep. Andy Ogles Over Campaign Donations Days After He Defeated RINO in GOP Primary

FBI agents executed a search warrant late last week on Tennessee Congressman Andy Ogles as the first-term Republican faces continuing scrutiny over fraudulent campaign financial reports that he filed, NewsChannel 5 has confirmed.

Reached by telephone Tuesday, Ogles’ attorney declined to comment, although he did not deny that his client had been targeted for a search by federal authorities.

“I’m not going to confirm or deny that there was a search warrant issued,” the attorney, G. Kline Preston IV, told NewsChannel 5 Investigates in a brief conversation.

Details of exactly what areas were authorized to be searched remain murky, although individuals familiar with such investigations suggested the warrant may have been limited to Ogles’ electronic devices.

A spokesperson for the FBI declined to comment, referring questions about Ogles to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.

“Pursuant to department policy, we have no comment,” U.S. Attorney spokesperson Mark Wildasin said in an email to NewsChannel 5.

Law enforcement sources in Maury County, where Ogles’ home is located, were not notified about any searches, although one source was told that the FBI had executed a search warrant somewhere in the county in recent days.

Neighbors in the sparsely populated rural area told NewsChannel 5 Investigates that they had not seen any unusual activity around the congressman’s home.

Execution of the search warrant came immediately after Ogles defeated Courtney Johnston in the Republican primary as he seeks a second term in the U.S. Congress. Department of Justice guidelines generally prohibit law enforcement from taking any overt actions in investigations of a political candidate in the 60 days before an election.

Back in May, Ogles filed a series of amended campaign financial reports, admitting he had not personally loaned his campaign $320,000 as he had reported back in 2022.

Other amendments to his campaign financial reports resulted in Ogles retracting claims regarding thousands of dollars in campaign contributions and expenditures that he had previously reported to the Federal Election Commission.

That development came several months after NewsChannel 5 Investigates raised questions about whether Ogles had the financial resources to make that personal loan. Despite having reported making the $320,000 personal loan, Ogles' personal financial disclosures did not show any substantial investments — not even a savings account.

A watchdog group, the Campaign Legal Center, later filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics, comparing Ogles’ conduct to disgraced New York Congressman George Santos.

Santos is now facing a criminal indictment that accuses him of reporting non-existent personal loans to his campaign in order to be eligible for other campaign contributions.

Far-right Tommy Robinson declares himself a ‘Zionist’ in leaked video

Far-right, anti-Muslim, self-declared Zionist Tommy Robinson has boasted of his love for Israel in leaked video footage, in which the founder of the English Defence League (EDL) can be seen bragging about “scoring” drugs anywhere in the world.

The video – which is thought to have been filmed in Bologna, Italy last month – shows the 35-year-old right-wing activist walking down the street on his own.

In the selfie video Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, brags: “No matter where I’ve gone in the world, I score. I will show you tonight.” He then calls for a taxi to visit a pub, presumably to demonstrate that he can access drugs wherever he goes.

Boasting of his unique talent to “score” Robinson, despite a number of criminal convictions including cocaine possession, says: “I’ve gone to Qatar, I’ve gone to Doha and scored gear on the sesh [a night out] while they’re all praying.”
