As soon as I opened my door the sound of a engine driven machine went off from the west. It is raining heavily but electric is not out, so it is not a a generator. What we suspect is that this is connected to some type of radiation device as we felt energy coming from that direction before enough to vibrate one side of the lateral stomach region and kidneys. I think this machine is rigged with the neighbor exactly across the street using a motion detector, I know for a fact they have a camera too, and I think because of the rain there was a delay factor in shutting off the motor. There is no doubt of a motion detector because as soon as one of us walks to the edge of our front steps, within a minute we hear usually hear a popping bladder noise similar to an automatic pitching machine that is used at a batting range. Now the neighbor to the east also has a similar device but it does sound a little smaller. They are shooting laced toxic dust and liquids over the fence without a doubt.
