Clocked in for Night Shift 'cause I slept enough and have patriot shit to do.

Turns out that General Michael Flynn debacle (for which General Flynn was pardoned by President Trump) set an important and very useful precedent on which we good American citizens can capitalize, once we replace our currently corrupted United States Department of Justice with a lawfully operating United States Department of Justice , or once we active The United States Military to restore lawfully operating governments in every state, commonwealth, and inhabited territory of The United States of America, an action that is currently being pursued (moar on that soon).

General Flynn’s case involved allegations that he violatedThe Logan Act, signed into law by President John Adams in 1799, stating:

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

General Flynn's case, it turns out, set an important precedent that opened up the floodgates for the future prosecution of some very, very bad people who apparently willfully and knowingly surrendered control of certain governmental functions to foreign countries that are enemies of The United States of America, allegedly overthrowing the government in the process, in alleged violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2381 -Treason, 18 U.S. Code § 2382 -Misprision of treason, 18 U.S. Code § 2383 -Rebellion or insurrection, 18 U.S. Code § 2384 -Seditious conspiracy, 18 U.S. Code § 2385 -Advocating overthrow of Government, and moar.

Stay tuned.

Shills, schmills.

Never underestimate the power of even a single patriot who loves this country more than life itself and is willing to lawfully do whatever it takes to protect it.

>once someone on the right has been charged/prosecuted, then those on the left are wide open for the same treatment

Perfect explanation, Anon.

Thank you for explaining.

The reason this is an important precedent is becauseThe Logan Act, regulating non-governmental negotiations with foreign governments, has almost never been utilized in this country since it was enacted (on January 30, 1799) under President John Adams.

Imagine if we learned that several well-known 501(c)(3) organizations and corporate entities in The United States of America have been, and still are, allegedly violating The Logan Act?

What if [THEY] incompetently left a trail of evidence of [THEIR] extraordinarily harmful crimes against The United States of America that were allegedly perpetrated with, on behalf of, and for the benefit of theChinese Communist Party and The People's Republic of China, and what if Anons grabbed all that evidence and filed it, with standing, in various federal courts of law and with United States Military officials?

What if one of [THEM], a non-profit that Q instructed us to investigate, is so brazenly treasonous that the group admits, in its own official publications, that”[We] operate on the concept that a private organization can accomplish results which government agencies cannot”?

Now that a precedent for prosecutions underThe Logan Acthas been established, when the bad guys in this country attempted to jam up General Flynn on a fictitious alleged violation of The Logan Act, these allegedly treasonous Americans (working for a non-profit Q spoke about previously and other entities) are being vigorously pursued, and there can be no defense attempted, by [THEM], stating that The Logan Act is an obscure law that is almost never invoked.

It will suck to be [THEM].

We will soon see a lot of people working with and for some well known and once-trusted organizations get fully exposed, investigated further, indicted, prosecuted, and punished, under law.
