This is the cipher Lavelle wanted B. Franklin to use. Franklin prefered Dumas cipher.
In the example I used MAP as the keystone, note column 1. first number in coded message is ciphered using "M" row, Second letter "A" row , third letter "P" row, rinse and repeat.>>273648
Have not applied to any of Q's messages yet. So many messages include numbers in brackets, message could be throughout all posts. Could also be double coded. Keystone could change as well. I like the brackets idea as the nubers are not to large and would work with this cipher.
