I also think Q's statement "Look there, or [here], or there, truth is behind you." is possibly a big clue. It's the 17th line in that post, so maybe his 'look here' is pointing to an item #17 or post #17, like in the graphic attached to Q's post.

If the flag image is a code, we need to figure out if it is meant to be decoded on its own, like reading the position of hands on a clock?

Or used as input for something else, maybe like the Berlin Clock related to the Kryptos sculpture?

Or overlaid on top of something else Q has provided? Example attached is just to give an idea of the concept.

Was also thinking - If the dots from the flag pic are relevant, they could be the "markers" as in:
