This is where that flag image originates as far as I can tell , It is LITERALLY the same picture. you can verify this by zooming in both flags a noticing the same blurs, also the pixel sizes are the same (310x163) which could be another hint maybe I do not think this means anything but maybe it will lead to another lead.

This is the only place I can find it posted and it regarding a foreigner trying to move here by marriage and others attacking the flag with others defending it.

Good work!, so with all those threads is there a clue somewhere is the next step, maybe we can trace this image even further back once some more experience Anons look into it we need more Anon looking into this, especially with q often saying Future unlocks past, I think this at least tells us we can stop decoding the picture itself with all these filters and analytics and try this angle as it is not a unique image but do not let that stop someone on to something

Trump is on a paper trail to get the corrupt Dems and the memo is suppose to be out right after SOTU. Seems like someone is asking for some time to cycle through the paper before it gets released and they are not asking nicely. maybe as the dems are not allowed to see it and the deep state love to put things out in the open in your face using riddles. I saved this and the Q image as 1 and 2 checked properties on both, and as far as I can tell they have the exact same file sizes. 4096 bytes (4kb) size on disk and 2717byte (2.65kb)

size (2.65) Both are in the properties, it might be how the site lists the size in its code that is why you are seeing a difference.
