i have worked on many organ donation patients and they come in and are super creepy, that was years ago, i had no idea what they were doing for real, neither did their medical teams most likely, but the thing they would put the human lung through before "harvesting" it in the OR, was nutz, and i never understood the ventilator settings they would have us use for several days before the OR reaping
