Depends on which version of the movie you're watching. If we don't know any better we blame him for being in charge of the country and military which complaining that the election was stolen from him.. but did nothing to stop it. So in a sense he's responsible for all the shit we're in right now, all the illegals.. everything. Of course the other side being that they allowed it to be stolen for a reason. A huge price was paid for them to do that and we're yet to see the outcome of their reasoning.
